GAS Conditioning Solutions
Sample conditioning is an important part of an analyser system. They are
general purpose built from components such as... |
NC60 Nexus Sample Conditioning System |
The Nexus NC60 removes moisture from
sample gas. Dry samples are essential in producing accurate readings by
the analyser and to prevent damage to the system components including
the analyser. This is especially the case with samples containing
components that form "acid mists". The NC60 contains no moving parts and
uses customer provided clean, dry compressed air in combination with the
Nafion® membrane dryer to dry the sample air |

HLD Nexus Heatless regenerative Air Drying System |
The Nexus HLD provides a source of dry air for
removing moisture from sample gas. Customer provided clean, dry
compressed air is dried a low dew point using highly
absorbant desiccant. A two chamber system is used so that at any
time one is on-duty while the other is regenerating. |

SCU CEMS Nexus Sample Conditioning Systems for CEMS Systems |
The Nexus SCU CEMS is designed to remove moisture and
other contaminants from samples extracted from processes that discharge
at atmosphere and at intermediate points in industrial process. The SCU
CEMS provides a clean, dry sample to the gas analyser. The sample is
dried using the permeation characteristics of the Nafion® copolymer and
as a result no loss of the large majority of pollutants occurs. |

20S2000 M & C Heated Probe with filter |
A Wide variety of sample probes are
available from Nexus to suit many different applications that are found
throughout the industry. These probes are designed to cope with dust
loaded samples, by filtering the sample. Heating of the sample is used
in the case where it is moist, this is particularly required where the
sample is above ambient temperature. |
